Hey fellow Hiloians! Thanks for checking out the Non-Profit portion of I Heart Hilo. There are so many groups in Hilo helping to make a difference! We'd like to offer them as much support as we can and help them get their name out there. Here's what we need to get this rolling!
1. Search the internet, newspapers, yellow pages, bulletin board signs and any other places where non-profit organizations seeking the peace and prosperity of Hilo are trying to get their name out. Create a "Contact List" with all important info:
Name of Organization Phone Email Address
You don't have to look for all of them, but if we could get everyone to take 5 minutes to find just 1, we could gather all of the info in just a few short days!
2. Write down the information and email or give it to CaraLee next time you see me (caralee@ihearthilo.com) or phone the ihearthilo hotline @ 808-895-6107 and we'll set up a time to meet.
The next step is the really fun one but we can't get to it until we get some names and numbers...so, now it all falls on you! Take 5 minutes to look one up and tell at least 1 person to go to ihearthilo.com, click on the blog and start helping make a difference!
